Christmas Already!!! Sunday, Dec 16 2007

Wow so here we are- another year ending and a great new one in perspective with all those goals to achieve!!

ICA is on break for 3 weeks and I feel I’m cut off somehow! No classes to attend, no homework, no wins to share-  However more time to read, to prepare, refresh and catch up….and there is always the good old D.B (not doobies but discussion board) to keep in touch with especially to welcome the neewbies freshly landed on Mars.

So am enjoying the break and look forward to Supervised which I  managed to land in the right time slot Tuesday morns. aus. Oh and am trying to burn the ICF core compenticies onto my brain in RW mode- never to forget- there are quite a few- like 11 basic then sub basic categories..so happy holiday ahead;;; weddings, parties, Portsea with the girls anna alota very potential clients around too indead..

I must keep up Sunday, Nov 18 2007

I must say I have not kept up as of late, and a little blogging around other sites has just inspired me to keep updated. Indeed blogging can be such a creative act of expression once one master’s one’s tool!!!!yeah so I really will try to keep up and enhance my blog by making it a little more pictual.

As of progress with the classes, I must say i am moving along and have started the Communities of Practice although must say not practicing much but rather listening on and commenting when possible. I am taking these classes in view of coaching peers internally with ICA and reboosting a little self confidence lost along the transitional and adaptational period of moving to Aus.

Soooo will keep all posted

Making great progress with ICA classes, abot 35% of teleclasses done, some COP’s to get ready to peer coach students within.

Got some good assessments on Power Tool and Coaching Model, so next step i guess is coaching students .

Am attending a free teleclass hosted by Karen Capello and Beth Davis on strategies on developing your business, as well as Coffee break class with Australian ICA students,, soooo looking forward to both of these sessions.

synchronicity and Monday, Oct 15 2007

This week posted in my daughter’s primary school paper I discover an ad for the 30 year reunion of my 1977 graduate class at high school.

Wow!!! this certainly brings me back a while and what strange circumstances-just 2 weeks into Melbourne and getting Lucie into the primary school I attended 35 years ago, these are cartainly good vibes for me and an external cue to create oppportunities. Whe can  consider that these are not  coincidences but opportunities we unconsciously create ourselves and make the most of them.

After having received my call Kim Noonan (I remeber her fantastic nutloaf lunch) called to say the girls of the class had just mentioned it would be nice to catch up with me again, however they did not have my contacts in Paris where I’ve been living or burried for the last 27 years!!!  What greater power than ourselves put these event on our paths to learn what lesson in life???

How can you condense the last 3 decades of you lifestory to eager peers? What will they expect? What exotic adventures could I relate to these once teenaged girls?

Anyway I do feel there will be a great opportunity to speak about Life coaching and maybe a few prospectif clients around.

So here’s to synchronicity.

It has been quite a while my dear blog and unknown -if any- readers!

I have since celebrated my b.day with loved ones and said goodbye to my French life style as well.

Now on the other side of the planet, my visions are somewhat different and my actuel goals and perspectives are enhanced.

I feel aligned with the future working possibilities and know instinctively that what I decide to do here I will do it well, because I’ve gone through the process of planning and preparing all steps and dealing accordingly to them as they present themselves. In a country of great opportunities and general coaching awareness, wellbeing is an important facteur in the Australian way of life.

I still have a few possibilities to continue to work on the European market and these will be developed as well.

So i will keep in touch.

The iphone Hacker Thursday, Aug 30 2007

It took 500 hours for 17 year old George Hotz to slice  the Apple and crack the code!                                                                     Behind track on Da Vinci’s that took 48 hours, but no blood shed here and we must acknowledge this young man’s discovery especially since  his blog has been visited 270,000 times for free live instructions and that a second version is on auction at Ebay.

So now Google has invested 4 bil for the equivalent G zone or is it G phone to be released in the next few weeks.               Apparently the little darling Wifis perfectly, calls  internationally and televises all at once, and the best part is that no need for hackers to crack the code here coz the calls are so cheap anyway that no Kubrick hacker genius is required.

I am hallucinated to have found some crazy French bloggers who have actually created this blog site about telling-everything-there-is-to-tell-about-the-end of-the-film !!!!

I always ask my friends to tell me the end of films especially when I don’t find the time to see them, but there are many people who would lynch whoever would  spoil the suspense.

I would sooooo much be grateful to whoever could relate the end of my story at ICA.  Especially the part  where the heroine of the film receives her final graduation assessment in June 2008, after sweating  through her research paper  on the topic” Beauty and the Senses in the Art of Coaching” and then……..and then…..   well I just realize that this film is not on screen yet, so I’ll just blog the boys to ask for the summary when the film’s up.

A new week Thursday, Aug 23 2007

Some great things have happening since last posted, thanks to peer coaches I’ve been able to define time spans for progress through ICA. 12 Foundation classes done, peer coaching well under way (5 sessions), and 1/3 way through AC100. Throw in a few(5 ) power tools and I’ll have accomplished 30 or so teleclasses by 30/09/2007

Thanks to Paul my p.c doctor who’s been adding memory software for future power point concerning website operations, I feel more clear about how this step will move in. I have enregistered the better life coach.com as my official address and business name and am collecting and referencing visual material for my coaching model and website.

I have determined that i will set up a simple site for the moment pending more experience/comfort with the coaching practice before leaving for Australia. Once over there I will ask some wizard friends to enhance the site for professional use.

After talking to Monique a friend accountant about setting up an office in Paris, I have found a company that hosts for micro enterprises ‘as they’re called hear’ for a small fee. Thanks for all the helpful tidbits supplied by Paul the Scot – paul@micromedecin.com ,
I have researched widely for a powerful laptop ( has last one was taken by my house mate MBA student Doyna 6 months ago). Amazing how the laps compete price wise, performance wise and especially weight wise over a 6 month period.

So am glad for the step by step progress achieved this week.

Oh! would just like to add a comment on the 2 day Skype breakdown over the 15th and 16th of August due to a blog default. In ‘ le Monde’ published today August 20 th Skype officially apologised for the mishap and assured Skypers every thing was under control.

On the evening of Friday 17 th the students were all logging in for up to 10 minutes late on the teleclass humbly mumbling apologies for not being on time ……little did they know that Big Brother Skype had completely lost it!!!

a few days away Tuesday, Aug 14 2007

Hi!!

I’m back again. I’ve taken time off and have been researching more general literature on coaching.

I’m so glad to have found an exhaustive range of coaching material at W.H. Smith in english as well as at Virgin Megastore for French material.  Not so bad the French stuff I’ve come upon.

I’m acquiring more insight into what my research subject will be and virtually there is so much information out there..

Gone are the late night movies, gone too the people magazine reading! Although not gone my daily news reading I do have to consult  more extensively the internet sites available…next step!!

I’ve made a positive move by enrolling with The Coach Academy seminar that I will be attending on September 8th..so looking forward to that face to face body languaged work on myself.
